So what you do is pick any members of King Crimson and make your own line up. You can only use people who were in the band nobody who just guested on an album of anything.

Bob Fripp-Lead Guitar, of course

Greg Lake-Vocals/Acoustic

Bill Bruford-Drums

Jamie Muir-Percussion

Ian McDonald-Keys/Reeds

John Wetton-Vocals/Bass

Pete Sinfeild-Words/Whatever

I think this would make for a killer line-up, Imagine an album this way!

I agree with your line-up except i'd sack Fripp and give lead guitar duties to Greg Lake  Fripp can rejoin the band when he learns how to tune his guitar!

The same one you did, but I'd take out Wetton and Mcdonald, and put Cross in Violin/Mellotron and the guy who plays flute in Lizard, I can't remember his name.

The "Larks tongues in aspic" lineup, can't be bettered, it's so strong and balanced. You could have 29 people in the band, but the music would probably be quite crap

a six piece with a nice sampling of the different eras, I placed them in order of importance to my perfect Crimso sound

Yeah so who's gonna sing?

Maybe I should add Greg lake for acoustic and he could do some nice vocal harmonies with Wetton.

John Wetton - Bass/ Vocals

For the record, my favorite actual line-ups are the Larks' and Discipline eras

I read somewhere that Fripp is actually tone deaf.

Cheers!
