BMW and Williams seem to be getting close on one lap pace but I wonder how they'll do in the races. Bahrain is not one of my favourit races, te cars are boreing to watch around there on their own but they do race well.

Memo, the next CC race is at Long Beach this weekend, lets hope the reliability has picked up.

Guigo, were did the name Robinho come from?

So Robinho? LOL

I didn`t follow the first Champ Car race, honestly i forgot it but i will try to see the next race, Power winning wasn`t a surprise for me, the alarming thing is what you said about the new car if only 8 cars finished in the first race... then the season will be pretty similar i think.

About F-1, i am expecting the Bahrain race i am also pleased with Hamilton and would love to see him winning, but i think he will have to wait until some more races, this time i foresee Alonso winning again.

For me, it'll be a copy of the last one, with Massa doing the pole and Kimi or Alonso (or maybe Hamilton) winning.

BTW, do you know that Brazilian journalists and other F1 Circus people call Hamilton as "Robinho" and he seems to like this nickname. Smile

It's almost time for the next race already?
Bahrain is an interesting track, not one of my favorites but not bad.

If I was going to bet money...I'd put it on that kid Hamilton.
I mean finishes of 3rd, 2nd, he HAS to win this race. LOL
Besides, he's clearly a good talent, in a good car. All coming from a guy that never heard of him until a few weeks ago...

For those that will be interested, I just saw the first race of the new ChampCar season live, and it was absolutely chaotic. The new car is unreliable (only 8 cars finished and most retired with mechanical failiures) and the fuel rig only works half the time, but it looks promesing.

Oh, and Will Power won from Doornbos and Tracy.

Alonso!!!

After all that bitching about missing the race...our hotel has speed!! I somehow caught a reply of the race.
Well, I am glad with the outcome. My fav. 2 drivers got 1st and 2nd, and Kovalainen made the points! And also that Hamilton is damn impressive.

Really disappointed in the Ferraris, Massa drove like he did in his first year and Raikkonen didnt seem to want to attack Hamilton, who drove superbly.

Massa getting the poll doesn't mean much, it still means that Alonso might just win it. Wink

Ferrari vs McLaren at the top, interesting race for sure!

I am also interested to see if both BMW drivers can manage to finish in the points positions.
