I know...Strahan, Umenyora, Tuck, Cofield, and my fellow Penn Stater Jay Alford.
The d-line is just not right.
And BTW Jay Alford I busted on you alot for messing up all those snaps..I take it back man. That sack on Brady at the end was beautiful.

It could work, but a lot of people (myself included) already use that nickname to describe the team as a whole. The D-line themselves need a nickname, like the Crunch Bunch did.

That ONE play where Eli escaped like 4 Patriots and still made the completion that David Tyree jumped UP to catch.....was the most amazing thing I've seen.
And Rileydog I thinkj we should bring back the giants nickname from their 1980's days
The Big Blue Wrecking Crew
And Riley what did you think of that one Bradshaw run. He stumbled, got up on 1 arm and a DEFENSIVE TACKLE had him locked around the neck, and he kept dragging him. The guy is 198 lbs

I hate to say it but the Patriots really needed John Kitna as their quarterback today. Kitna is really use to picking himself up off the turf. Brady didn't seem to know what to do with defensive linemen breathing down his throat. I am not sure if he has ever had that happen to him before. Definitely my congratulations go out to the New York Giants and their fans. I was pretty sure that the Giants would easily beat the spread but until that last Brady incompletion I really figured that the Patriots would do what they do best and win at the end. Good game. Great finish.

The Giants D is monster. All the D-line needs is a catchy nickname and they'll go down as one of the greatest D-line groups in history, alongside the Steel Curtain and the NY Sack Exchange.

OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!
The GIANTS win the Superbowl!
They went ON THE ROAD into the Superbowl and beat the 18-0 Patriots!
I'm sorry....but f*ck tom brady f*ck randy moss, f*ck bill bellichek f*ck wes welker
F*CK YOU Tiki Barber
Correct me if I'm wrong, but everyone basically slated the Pats as the greatest team ever, so dosn't that make the Giants the best ever? The defense was amazing, and Eli stepped up BIG

Well, they DID win it in 2001, 2003, and 2004 while cheating, but it is satisfying to see them lose this one.

Great second half of football. Not used to rooting for a New York team, but I really feel good for Eli. Hell of a Super Bowl!!! Even my wife was into it...AND SHE HATES FOOTBALL!!!!
Congrats to the Giants.

Prog (related) trivia: two of the songs Tom Petty played during the Super Bowl halftime show were co-written with Jeff Lynne: Won't Back Down and Free Fallin'. Petty talked about both songs in an NPR radio interview last week.

The Doritos one was pretty good too - a guy getting his ass kicked by a mouse is pretty funny .

7-3 at the half. I thought the Giants would keep it close, but Brady has really been under a lot of pressure. A couple of missed opportunities by the Giants keep them from leading at halftime.

I wish Steve Smith could catch. The Giants would probably have the lead if he could.

Spygate may put a smear over the Patriots previous successful seasons, but it has no implication on this one. They were caught one quarter into the first match, so they haven't been doing it since. If anything, at least it proves they have been legit this season.

Last time a Congressman sent a letter to the NFL, Goodell obeyed spectacularly. It makes me wonder if Congress doesn't have a fair share of "dirt" on the NFL. I wouldn't be surprised to see this get much bigger.

I do kinda wish they'd let it go, but I cant lie....I'd be happy if they could truly find ou the Pats cheated and smear their dynasty. I doubt it though.

Everywhere around the world, politicians lie, that's what they're trained for
I don't know for sure, as I don't care for politics (domestic or foreign), so feel free to call it an unfounded opinion, but I believe that has to do more with the "Super Tuesday" than with the "Super Sunday".
Anyway. GO PATS!!!
