Ah, the patronizing pat, last refuge of the PA elders who have nothing left to say. ;-) I just want to know where, specifically, these countless PA snobs are. PM it to me if you don't want to post it on the main forum, I don't care, but it seems to me that people are attacking an enemy that doesn't exist. Playing the victim, even unintentionally, is not a new thing.

I'm guessing that with the amount of time that you spend on PA if you don't see what I see as elitism, you never will. Maybe rather than elitism it is just immaturity and poor communication skills but either way it is quite rampant throughout the forum.

And I still fail to see how my comment on Chicken Foot is 'snobbery'.
A strange world we live in when I am a 'snob' because I am of the opinion that what I heard on a band's myspace page isn't particularly appealing.
I don't like Spock's Beard either.

I think some of Baroque music is pretty boring.

When I reviewed FZ's Shut up and Play yer guitar Trilogy I gave it 3 stars.

Can't people around here on both sides just respect each others' opinions? WE ALL LIKE DIFFERENT MUSIC AND NOTHING WILL CHANGE THAT.  Man, this place sucks lately. No wonder I haven't been around.

I don't think it's particularly fair because I didn't like a band, I'm classed as a snob and an elitist.
If I didn't like it, surely that's just because of my individual taste and that I just didn't find it appealing, rather than on the basis that I reject music out of 'snobbery'?
