But yeah, ask any regular of the SR how much of a pain in the ass I am, especially with never going along with anything!

Of course relatives were not taken along.
And if you'd like to start a thread for this, please do Smile but the 9/11 issue and everything involved with it is a big, complex web and frankly I care not to go into here and now. Long story short, of course I don't believe everything as is 100% that is just foolish on many levels. However, I also don't think it's as devilish as many think and that while no one wants to say this, governments keep secrets either because they think us lowly citizens can't handle it or they deem it dangerous to the nation. I mean every government. As sad as that is they hold such opinions of us, it's reality and does not equate to a sinister plot.

All my opinion, how the hell can we know either way?
Cheers

I don't claim to know anything. But I am quite certain of one thing: There is as much truth in the official report on 9/11 as there is in the Warren report.
I have no idea about how devilish a plot 9/11 may have been; all I know is that what is presented to us as "the facts" does not add up. And I am definitely not alone in this matter.

I respect your opinion but I see it going down a bad road..so I'm respectfully bowing out before I make myself look worse than I already do LOL

This was planned for months though, not like "hey we found him whadya know" I mean the actual operation took 40 minutes! They had everything planned and lined up perfectly. Which would mean things such as verification were also ready to be prepared swiftly. IMHO of course.

No, I am not. But I am a thinker, not a believer. We definitely have not been told the whole truth about 9/11; there are too many loose ends.
As for the identifying: You can't just carry the equipment for a DNA-analysis around, and even if you could it would take a few days. And honestly: Do you think they would take some relatives of Bin Laden along for such an operation? I sincerely doubt that.

This is a great time for Obama. This significantly trumps (excuse the pun) and drowns out all that bullsh*t about his birth certificate, and the media saturation of this story, takes the spot light off Libya for a week or so, Syria and the little talked about fact that Britian is about to send troops to Tunisia to 'help manage the refugee situation from Libya'

The next couple of years could be pretty choppy.
Ultimately bored by endless ecstasy!

That's not what they said; the statement was he was identified by comparing his DNA to the DNA of family members.. And anyway, how would it be possible to get confirmation from family members? His body was thrown into the sea.

What really is strange that the USA claim to have identified Bin Laden by comparing his DNA to the DNA of relatives. Do you have any idea how long a DNA analysis takes? Not to mention a sample of Bin Laden had to be transported to a facility where such an analysis is possible. Yet a few hours after his alleged death the USA claim to have identified him by his DNA! This is absolutely impossible!

They have changed that part of the story. Personally I never believed in it.

Also the original story that Osama "had a gun" and "fought back" has also been changed. Last I heard it was said he did not fire any shots.

Not that Bin Laden still wasn't a waste of oxygen of course!

That is because the so-called "liberal bias" in American media is a myth, fabricated by conservative bank-rollers like the Koch Brothers and conservative think-tanks like the Heritage Foundation.  True liberalism is not consistently relayed by mainstream corporate media channels, who know all too well that the viewing audience does not regularly buy into such philosophy.  Instead, a watered-down leftist centrism designed to allow for "both sides" of the issue  is used, in place of strict leftist rhetoric.  Bill Maher once gave a very accurate assessment of the situation in one interview, arguing that the democrats are the centrists, the republicans are the right wing sector, and the tea party the extremist right wing loons of American politics.  There are no true die-hard liberals running the government now, nor have there been for decades.  Otherwise, we would have all started driving electric cars years ago by government mandate as a result of signing the Kyoto Protocol (instead of rehashing pointless debates over the validity of Roe vs. Wade, and other neo-conservative gimmick issues).

They have pictures and videos of Bin Laden's body, as well as his burial at sea. Hope it all gets released immediately.
Only saw a few second clip on the news of them inside the facility. It needs to be released.

Also glad to hear more info trickling out, I also hope this all is released ASAP. At least as much as the government is willing since they obviously won't release it all.

Yeah, don't wanna jump to conclusions so soon but:

Bin Laden was in this giant super secured facility, in an affluent town with a military school and lots of military personnel living there?
Not sure how many in the government/military knew where he was but it'd be VERY naive to think no one knew....

Not only that but they're saying this compound was 100 yards from an important military complex or something... The Pakistani government always knew probably, and that's why the operation was conducted without their participation or knowledge...

Yes, the more I read up on it, the more disconcerting it gets. Some ally in the "war on terror". Rather like inviting Adolf Eichmann to a Jewish seder.

P.S. And another thing, why is it that zealots and nutbags of every stripe have to have a "compound"? Never a cottage or a bungalow or a condo. Always a compound.
