What happens when Kosmische Musik and Les Légions Noires collide. One of those albums that are obviously meant to be listened to in one long go without interruptions, which is hard to find time for when it's 80 mins long like this but this is like the first time I've attempted that. Next time I'll try using it as my meditation soundtrack. That has to be quite the experience!

1991 CD. As a fan of guitar, I could listen to this guy all day.

This is kind of becoming an "oldie but goodie" album for me. It's very good background music to let your mind wander to, going fluidly through very varied song structures built around contrast between many different types of riffing and atmosphere held together by a strong sense of narrative structure. At the same time it's got some surprisingly catchy hard-hitting riffing as well as doing many interesting things with sound effects and instrumental interplay.
