Exhausting week. Had 8 hour rehearsals Tuesday and Wednesday. Then had rehearsal before a gig on Friday. Didn't get much sleep after that because shows always leave me with a lot of nervous energy, so I read until 3 AM and got up at 7:30 AM to play at church, then went to hear my brother play at a record store, then loaded up a car and rode two hours to another gig, ate a fatty Whataburger, and stayed up till 3 again because of nervous energy again and talked to the rest of the band, woke up at 12, ate more fatty food and rode back home. We have rehearsal tomorrow. And a gig in the same two-hour-away city on Wednesday.
Honestly, I always find myself feeling a very alienated from people who go to shows at bars. I don't drink or do any drugs and have no intention to, nor have any intention to be promiscuous or anything, but it seems like it's something the people who come to shows here value a lot. I kinda wish there was an all-ages venue around here. It would at least attract more kinds of people. I'm a lot more okay being around people like that when they aren't the only people I'm around the entire time. I'm just tired of all these stoners, I guess.

Well at least you're playin' dem gigs; that's pretty cool.
I went to a bar last Friday night, no band playing there but for a friend of a friend's birthday gathering (a gril ). I acted my weird self from pick up to drop off around these normal girls who I'd never met before, and they seemed playfully suspicious about my easy-going-but-quite-weird disposition. The entire time at the bar I was not motivated to try and talk to a girl (and I very rarely am), but these 35+ year old guys were coming and talking to me encouraging me to do so. The music through the speakers was loud, varied but much of it pretty annoying and as the night went on more and more sh*tty club music tended to come up. I spent way too much money on Jack Daniels and coke (cola), felt generally uncomfortable the whole time and disappointed my friend because he shouldn't have invited stupid me as a +1. What a waste of time and money and forever alone and all that sh*t...
So yeah, I very well know the alienated feeling even though I drink.

Well, college is a money sucking machine. If you're not paying for books you're paying for a new computer.

Yeah I would only save files with extensions like .pdf/.epub/.mobi, no rars or exes or anything like that. There's no reason to deliver legit files like that.
