MOSAICO - Vola A modern RPI album with rich vocals and a folky mix of acoustic and electric guitars with plenty of Hammond, Moog and church organ. The band and this album will be added to the Archives in the next day or so, highly recommended!

PHILLIP WILKERSON - Wondrous Encounters. Lovely ambient drones...not the easiest of this kind of music to get in to, but very worthwhile when you do.

Love that album, Imperial! I remember when I bought the CD of it from a local record fair, it was only on recognition of the band name. I listened to it without thumbing through the booklet, then when I was speaking to my mate Tom Ozric (from the Archives here) I was saying how much I liked it, adding `That bloke's voice is rough as guts', only for Tom to inform me `Um, that's a chick...'

Is that a chick really? I got this album last year and played it maybe three times, although I have all the reasons to really like this album as it turns out I wasn't that impressed so I moved on...

^^ I too was shocked to know that. The album is very good. I love the classical elements. They mix very well with the Heavy Psych. And man, that organ is fantastic.
