Btw, Kahimi Karie's Nunki is wonderful. An onkyo, shabuya-kei, and chanson influenced art pop/ambient pop album with songs written/produced by Jim O'Rourke and Otomo Yoshihide, with other contributions from Rhodri Davies, Sachiko M, Ami Yoshida, and Doopees. From 2006 no less! Before Saritote, Tombstones, Manafon, Hontatedori and other "lowercase song" records.

The part that makes those videos great and very watchable is that it's a mix of aspects which are either good or so bad its good. It's like the first Troll movie as opposed to Troll 2. The video to "Without You" is the perfect encapsulation of everything that makes that channel great.

Mark Gormley is unironically good IMO. Yeah there's some good stuff on there.

I am fortunate to have discovered the world of The Uncharted Zone/Mark Gormley/Phil Thomas Katt even a decade late.

it is quite high quality and hugh stakes put into the production. The last studio album features Matt Chamberlain on drums.
