Well Hendrix may have died but his musical influence has lived on for ever in every rock artist since.

When I was at school back in the 70s, the big divide was always between the Who and Led Zeppelin. I loved both, and still do, but it's the Who every time for me. My other half prefers Zeppelin - we're still arguing about that one after 8 years together.
