Yep. I forgot about him for the purposes of this thread. I saw him play with the Muffins a few times including once at Progday.

Billy Swann, bassist of the great Canterbury-affiliated band The Muffins (from the Washington DC area), passed away on August 26 after a long illness. I was lucky to see the band on stage three or four times before they decided to call it quits, and they were always excellent and entertaining to watch. RIP Billy.
