What tracks do you know that open with environmental sounds? For example, VdGG's Darkness (11-11) opens with the sound of wind, which actually seems like a common way to open a track. It doesn't have to be the wind. For example, Close To The Edge opens with what could be described as sounds of a rainforest. The sound of ocean waves or the seaside is another way a track could open. Or perhaps thunder. However, the sounds need not be of nature. For example, street noise could also be chosen to open a track. Such sounds can be unaccompanied or accompanied by instrumental or vocal sounds. For each track listed, preferably with accompanying video, please indicate the environmental sounds used to open the track.
