Your timings agree with both sets of timings to within one second - except for the first track, which in your listing is three seconds longer than it is in the other two.

The timings you give agree exactly with the ones on 7D Media's page for the album except for track 3: 'Not Our Way', which they give as 1:16 instead of 1:17, though a one second discrepancy isn't going to matter. 7D Media also confirm that the cover was designed by Tool guitarist and visual artist Adam Jones, so done - using your timings.
