Tylko Nieswiadomi Przezyja for Post/Math

Hello guys.

Here Oskar Cenkier. I write with submission of my new band Tylko Nieświadomi Przeżyją. We released our eponymous debut album this May and thought it would be good idea to pitch it to ProgArchives team.
Myself and our bassist Andrew Shamanov have warm feelings towards you from all the kindness we got here with the releases of our another band, Fren.

In terms of subgenre, I think the Post Rock/Math rock suits the best - although the amount of improvisation in our music weighs a little toward jazzy and crossover subgenres too.



Tylko Nieświadomi Przeżyją (translated loosely to Only Unconscious Left Alive) is an international collective formed in 2024 in Kraków, Poland, currently consisting of: Oskar Cenkier (keys, guitar), Andrew Shamanov (bass, electronics), Katarzyna Bobik (drums), Tetsuya Nara (guitars), and Vitaliy Ivanov (saxophone).
It’s largely improvised, instrumental night-music — stylistically stretched between spiritual dark jazz and electronic fog, all the way to intense, stormy walls of sound. From Godspeed You! Black Emperor to BADBADNOTGOOD, from Fernando Pessoa through Bohren to Miles — and at the end of it all, there’s hope.
