Hey dere Canucks,

I was an oarsman, once upon a time, eh. I rowed against yer finest and kick some serious Canadian dupa. Ya betcha.

Have any of you proggers engage in the crew sport (not Crew Slut, BTW)?

I rowed at St. Kits (Catherine's) a few times in 1976-1979. I also raced an eight mile endurance regatta in London, Ontario. Could any of you gents have been a former competitor and suffered defeat at my hand, er... blade?

I also kicked Windsor Ontario's butttah at the Wyandotte Boat Club's Regatta (Michigan) in the same time frame.

I also rowed at Philly, Princeton and Middleton, Delaware. Great sport. Miss it immensely.

 

Peter, any sweat on yer brow, other than cramming for finals?

 Tried it briefly in my home province, Danbo, but soon gave it up.

I went to the University of Toronto Clap, BTW. Lots of blood, sweat and tears, but now I'm spek (an spel) englitch reel gud!
