Pick two. I will go with Darwin and Storia Di Un Minuto for now. Such classics.

Here's how I'd rank them, keeping in mind all of them are great:

1. Per Un Amico
2. Felona E Sorona
3. Darwin!
4. Arbeit Macht Frei
5. Maxophone
6. Banco Del Mutuo Soccorso
7. Zarathustra
8. Ys
9. Storia Di Un Minuto
10. Io Sono Nato Libero
Porg for short. My love of music doesn't end with prog! Feel free to discuss all sorts of music with me. Odds are I'll give it a chance if I haven't already! :)

Darwin! first and today's second choice is Zarathustra. Good poll!

Darwin and Ys. But that's just how I feel today.
Area, Maxophone and Io Sono Nato Libero are easily in the mix to have received my vote on another day.

The rest, although I enjoy them, probably are not contenders for me to receive a vote here - but if PFM's third album (Isola) were included, that would. I'm in a minority, I know, but Isola is definitely my favourite of the first three PFM albums.

Tow! Tough choice! I'll go with my "favorite," Per un amico, and the one I consider the "best", Ys.

All are great and deserve to win. My favorite is Per Un Amico, so it got my vote, but the rest are equally good, it’s just a personal preference.

Felona e Sorona and Darwin!-they happen to be the group's best albums, overall, imo.

Is Banco a mistake. It has no votes, which doesn’t surprise me at all. But it occurs to me that Banco here is possibly meant to indicate Banco del Mutuo Soccorso’s debut, and eponymous, album. If this is the case, and if it had been titled correctly in the poll, I doubt it would be voteless. 🤔🤷🏻‍♂️

My first choice is Io sono nato libero; no hesitation about this one.
Then, Per un amico, but it could have been Arbeit macht frei.

Storia Di Un Minuto and Arbeit Macht Frei. Ten wonderful albums though (although I personally struggle somewhat with Maxophone's vocalist... or his vocal delivery. I still hear it's top notch stuff for those who don't mind them)

I find the results quite interesting. Zarathustra seems to be spoken highly of so often by so many (and it is a great album), that I assumed it would have more votes. Certainly more than, eg, Maxophone. (Although, again, I love Maxophone - so long as it is the Italian version, and not the godawful English version.)

Ys, with Per Un Amico close behind.
Welcome to the middle of the film.
