Actually it was $2 for the double vinyl, so I bought it mostly to see how bad it was

It's ELP, what do you expect? LOL

And Dagmar is German, hence her name.

Maybe...

Does anyone else feel like they're watching LOTR when listening to the Concerto on side 1 of ELP's Works? This is... not... that great

Maybe her parents were Dagwood and Mary and they combined the 2.

Open your eyes, Dagmar!

And why is her shirt too big? LOL

Indeed.  I told you it was one of the highlights of the box, Big smile

Try what I just did - when you put an album on to listen to, try to write a review for it.  Makes the review a bit easier I think.

That's what I've done for every review I've written. I can only write in context of hearing it. Unless I know it by heart. Like most Rush albums. LOL

Anyways I got to go.

It definitely does, though I very rarely use this method. However, unless I know the album VERY well, I generally have to listen to it very shortly before I start writing, or I'll forget everythingLOL.

I'm thinking of restarting and getting mine all deleted. But then I would just end up not having any reviews LOL

My problem is that I've reviewed so many that I don't know which I want to do the most out of the ones that are left that I've held off on for a reason

Yes, since I started reviewing again I have written the following:

Cozy Powell - Over the Top
Ian Gillan Band - Clear Air Turbulence
East of Eden - Mercator Projected
Steely Dan - Countdown to Ecstasy
Porcupine Tree - In Absentia

I have another in the pipeline, which hopefully I'll write later in the afternoon.

Well saidClap! And Pat, your review was just that... Short, sweet, and to the point, covering ALL the necessary informationThumbs Up. Though an avid reader, I tend to be put off by monster reviews that analyse an album's minutest details. My own style is quite different.. I wrote three reviews in the past couple of days, and may well do another one today, but I'd never call myself prolific.

I can relate... Chris Squire is coming to fix my stopped up toilet when he gets out of the hospital....

But I'm serious.
