Not medical, but I used to smoke marijuana before it increased the amount of panic attacks that I have regularly. But apparently it is a popular treatment for stress and anxiety.

It's something I keep telling myself I should try but I never do.
You should try it out. It is kind of relaxing but also feels kind of dumb.

also, f**king potheads. Like, I understand that it should be legal and support it, but drugs react differently based on your individual physiology. Pot just makes me more depressed. There is no "one size fits all" drugs.
