PHILLIP WILKERSON - Wondrous Encounters.

Lovely ambient drones...not the easiest of this kind of music to get in to, but very worthwhile when you do.

It's a very nice album, Sam. Very vocal dominated (but lovely vocal dominated!), but the Hammond and Moog freaking HUM in it all the whole time!

MOSAICO - Vola

A modern RPI album with rich vocals and a folky mix of acoustic and electric guitars with plenty of Hammond, Moog and church organ. The band and this album will be added to the Archives in the next day or so, highly recommended!

Did you ever check out Zombi btw?

I'm pretty sure both you and Nick have mentioned Zombi to me before and I checked out some clips on Youtube (which I liked), but so far I certainly don't own any of their albums. Will keep a look out though!

Now moved on to:

MY BROTHER THE WIND - There Was A Time When Time and Space Were One.

Getting better on repeated listens, some of it even sounds a little like Agitation Free in parts.

Well if you like Zoltar errm ZoltanTongue my guess is that you'd dig Zombi too. Start backwards with their discography thoughWink

I was a bit disappointed with last year's My Brother The Wind album, but then again I didn't listen that much to itEmbarrassed Time for a re-visit methinks. The Agitation Free reference signed the dealEmbarrassed I think their previous album had a fair few nods to Popol Vuh, so I can certainly dig the German parallel.
