For some reason I have a feeling that Rare Goat is some epic avant-blues prog.

I've read that around some age (I think 30) most people stop "making friends" for the most part.

I never really started. Cool

I think the idea of the article was that people stop being in situations that allow friendships to grow, and most people you meet after that stops are more acquaintances than good friends.

You seem to be a candidate for that hikkomori that Mike was referring to in that other thread.

I already know I'm probably a hikikomori :(

Well you don't live in isolation in your room, right? You're just isolated geographically for the most part. You said last night that you "just got home" from somewhere, which means you left to go some place.

It's ture it's partially geographic, but I can't deny that it isn't mostly self imposed.

Also, I was dragged out unwillingly ;)

I wish. We're a pretty basic rock group actually, though I'm slowly incorporating some more offbeat originals into the mix.

Finally getting together with a drummer and bassist. hopefully we have some musical chemistry (and are decent people), so I can finally get some of my work out there.

Prog/jazz-fusion/funk/experimental/rock/metal/blues. Basically, an eclectic mix. I've written a lot of music in different styles. Some are more focused, some are more eclectic.
