I don't know him and by your description it would be difficult to get him in; other similar composers were suggested but to no avail. I'll try to check him out, though.

I would not call battles math rock in the strictest sence ither however, nor the new 65dos release. However I think this is good. It keeps the genre from falling prey to "post-rock syndrome" in which 90% of new bands sound like one or two older bands. Math-rock has not even come close to becoming as stale.

Is the post Rock-Post Metal genre is the new popular trend related to progressive rock? It seems to me that 80% of the new album add on Pa are coming from that genre. Why?
