Yes thats fair.I do have the Pompei DVD as proof. He was decent then for sure. Just couldn't resist the attempt at a cheap laugh

In all seriousness, I'm truly shocked and gutted at this news.  I can't believe DT would rather lose Mike Portnoy than agree to take a bit of time out - he wasn't just their drummer, he was such a driving force and they'll surely miss his creativity/songwriting.

As for a replacement, I can't even think about it - he's irreplaceable!!

I only hope that some of the predictions posted on here come true ... that he returns to them after a break.  Dream Theater just won't be the same without him.

seriously man, we get the fact that dream theater is gunna be different, and weve seen in your many posts your upset so please keep it to yourself because he is replaceable just it wont be the same
