And damn, the article says she is suing her father to get his insurance company to payout to support her psychological treatment.

While Timko, as both victim of an out of control road rage incident, and Kaitlyn's father, might seem like an unlikely defendant because he has no assets, this suit, like the Harrisons', will target his insurance on the basis of negligent driving.

Her psychological problems stem from the trauma of gunshots and loud noises. If the other guy's insurance won't cover you because his shooting is intention, why would the victim's insurance cover you for someone else shooting at the car? Oh...I see...on the basis of "negligent driving." Ermm
