Also, I wish you could start reading poetry with the right mood for it.

I don't know how complete my collection (spreaded in different volumes) exactly is, but I have reasonably added to the one book of stories and poems I had with what I additionally found in libraries. P.S.: cruel image in your signature, micky. (the second one). It should somehow relate to Federer (heh, let the pointless cynism flowin' ).

Rico, you must be talking about the fact that Federer looks like he is trying to lose this tournament.
Hewitt had a triple break point TWICE in the second set! Aaarrghhh.

I kind of felt the same way after I read Brave New World. If he cut out a little Shakespeare worshiping it might not have been as annoying. I would definitely recommend people to read it though, very thought provoking and stuff like that.

And it's only 25 bucks?
Sounds worth it to me.

Oh, but if he doesn't cut those unforced errors down, it's a sure thing. He has to get through too many solid players to win playing the way he is. I think he won't have much trouble with Robredo, but he'll potentially ahve to bet Soderling and Djokovic to get to the finals, and they'll make him earn it. And if he makes too many errors in the finals, Murray is jsut going to exploit that the whole match.

Yeah, I agree entirely with that. I'm just hoping he gets his act together.

Nah, he ain't gonna lose anything. Everybody experienced the one-set-loss hiccup by now. Djokovic worked hardest to win. I feel asleep, yesterday, after Isner was leading by two sets. When I woke up, 7-6 in the fifth, Arthur Ashe taking a break. Didn't watch the night session, but was content enough with Oudin-Sharapova, and Verdasco-Haas. Really good matches yesterday!

I still can't believe Haas lost. That was more shocking to me than Isner beating Roddick.

Best last four pages ever...I stopped writing after I read that book just for the "I'll never write anything nearly this good" feeling.

Please, do tell me more.
| It's over 600 pages of enthralling "wtf," but the ending wraps everything up and makes you say "Wow."
It's a story about two boys, the narrator, and his friend (the title character). This friend is very small, has a loud raspy voice (in fact, the author writes all of Meany's dialogue in CAPITAL LETTERS), and most of all, believes God has an important purpose of his life.
Absolutely mind-blowing work.

Yes, I wanted to him to win too. He had break in the fifth, but lost it all eventually.

An author would have simply been fine as well.
(And no, I shan't google it.)
| I thought I said Irving.
Anyway, it's John Irving.

Hm. Don't think I've seen two much John Irving in the libraries, but I'll definitely give it a try. It's either trying out new things blindfolded (not keen to it), trying out some recommendations, or picking up new authors from my library.

Well, judging from internet search, I only found The Fourth Hand and The World According To Garp, translated into Romanian. I did find though Prayer For Omen Meany in English.

| The Fourth Hand kind of sucks.
The World According to Garp is a bit insipid at times, but is overall a really great and fun (yet chilling) read.

So any advice if I should take Omen in English?
Mrs. Dalloway and The Scarlet Letter are quite the only book I've read in original so far.

No idea what happened during the first two sets, but I'm sure glad Kim won.
