There's nothing wrong with male hugs
I believe I may even have hugged Man-Erg in the past with no ill effects whatsoever - just ask my husband.

I didn't hug you when you came to stay Ian, because I'm afraid I don't hug blokes....
I'm sorry if you feel you've been left out/ socially marginalised and all the rest of it, but the simple fact is that..
... I just *can't* bring myself to do it...
physical male bonding, horseplay and group hugs? eewww....

^ha ha ha! Well, the name comes from a village in Glos, near to Lydney, I hope to make a "Wilce Pilgramage" when we go over for summer's end fest. But, I am definitely a girl. (for "girl" read haggard old lady!) I doesn't hurt on a prog forum to be a bit ambiuous though! Unless..........................Jared hugs men at gigs????????

I remember in Dads Army, Jones called Sgt Wilson Wilcey once or twice. Due to this I thought you were a bloke a few weeks ago, until you posted in some female progger thread or something.

My surname is Wilce, everyone calls me Wilcey, (not my family obviously, cos that would get confusing all being called the same ) I think it's only here that people routinely call me Rachel! and if you google me, I'm not the Rachel Wilce that was in prison for multiple felonies ........weird, cos there's not many WIlce's about these days. OK; yes I'm still hostelling... see my answer to Rach for fuller details..
Why the move? I wouldn't be entirely comfortable giving a full & frank explanation to that one in a public forum, I'm afraid... suffice it to say that things have been 'difficult' of late... |
I had been thinking of seeing you again. Norfolk is just too far I'm afraid.
BTW...who is Rach?

That was a marvelous game. England thew it away at the end of their innings. I was cheering Netherlands on though.
Thats the thing with twentytwenty.....any result is possible for any given game, but the strongest still get through to the finals.

You're thinking of The Wisden Trophy 2009 which we won 2-0 I was thinking of The Wisden Trophy 2008/09 which was lost 1-0
My mistake.

The West Indies seemed ill prepared for that series. They looked cold too. Still they did a marvelous job in the twentytwenty.

Yes but we couldn't even put the wind up the Windies, so the Aussies will be much tougher.
