Just noticed Holger Czukay has been added to the
ProgArchives. What a great addition, one of the
TRUE innovators to Progressive Rock. His
underrated "On the Way to the Peak of Normal" is
one of the very best progressive albums from the
80's, not to mention his contributions to Can's legacy
and many, many other albums.
Anyone familar with On the Way.....?
Proof that the70's prog pioneering spirit wasnt
completely destroyed by disco in the 80's!
Along with Peter Gabriel's Melt, Dun's Eros, Art of
Noise's who's afraid of..., Yes' 90125, Gandalf's
Magic Theatre, Synergy's Audion, Johannes
Schmoelling's Wuivend Reit and Micheal Shrieve's
the Big Picture the 80's produced a few bands/artists
advancing the art of mental karate.
