Hello there,
After browsing the sleeve of A Nod and a Wink today, I notice a reference to Matching Mole in the lyrics for Fox Hill...

Does anyone know what Andrew Latimer is getting at here? Would be interesting to find out!

Thanks!

I do'nt know. Anyway Matching mole has only 2 albums : self titled and Little red record so it should'nt be too hard to find out. As a Wyatt fan I recommend these albums anyway. My personal favorite of the 2 is the second.

I heard this was a sort of tribute album showing his influences in some tracks and in Fox Hill he pays tribute to Genesis specially in the vocals and now that you mentioned it, Matching Mole at the lyrics, but I don't know anything else.

I wouldn't have known about the tribute album schtick. Only 'Fox Hill' which is very 'All In A Mouse's Night'. Whatever- if this is their last album, it's a very nice way to go out.
