Wow.  This has got to be considered one of the greatest prog metal albums ever.  I just discovered it a few days ago, and I'm already in love.

I quite like it, though it rarely finds its way to my cd player. Both clean
and death vocals are rather amateurish, but the music is top notch.

Marvellous stuff! Only that the band's equipment got blown away by a hurricane (or so I've heard), hence only the one album.

I'm gonna go against the grain and say that I didn't really find the album THAT spectacular. My friend let me borrow it, and it was worth a listen or two, but I wouldn't buy it. Just didn't appeal to me.

Excellent album. Even with those vocals it is an amazing piece of progressive metal.

On the remastered edition I wish they had remixed the whole album and not just three tracks

if ye liked this one I also suggest Dillinger escape plan(Calculating infinity and the new one Miss machine),Candiria and Keelhaul.Try them.

I think cynic is a very good band.

The only thing I don't like is those damn throaty vocals.

I hate death metal singing.
