Because of the tremendous response and participation in all other polls I made of this kind, here's one that I believe shall also cause excitement among the forum users! Please pick a favorite and leave a comment.

Tough choice. So many to choose from. Today, I'll go with Baker St. Muse. Tomorrow, it may be different.

THE Jethro Tull. never heard them called that before.

Thick As A Brick (complete). Or Prt's 1 & 2 by your poll.

Since I love Jethro Tull’s music a lot, is quite hard to pick one over the other. I voted for Baker St. Muse, since I think is quite an amazing piece of music, comparable to any other long piece they did. Thick as a Brick and a Passion Play are my all time favorites though, but I figure they will get many votes I this poll.

TAAB...but it should be the whole album...it wasn't intended to be part 1 and part 2. In fact, there are a small number of CD releases out there that do not separate TAAB in to part 1 and part 2; https://www.discogs.com/Jethro-Tull-Thick-As-A-Brick/release/5690953" rel="nofollow - https://www.discogs.com/Jethro-Tull-Thick-As-A-Brick/release/5690953 these CDs are now collectors' items.

Baker St Muse IMHO just doesn't go anywhere; parts are OK but on the whole I am indifferent to it. I remember when I bought MITG as a teenager...I loved the title track....I tried and tried to like Baker St Muse but to this day for me it only "just goes".

A Passion Play Pt. II for all its twists and turns.

Heavy Horses.

Some others are probably more epic, whatever that means, but personally 'Heavy Horses' puts me at ease and it has a genuine, wholesome quality that puts it above the others. It's one of those songs that you could listen to over and over and never get tired of it.

You guys are gluttons for obvious polls this week, huh?

If you want something novel stop including the obvious high ranked albums that will attract all the votes. Make a poll w no Aqualung or TAAB and watch what happens, lol.

In fact I'm going to start making these threads LOL.

Splitting TAAB and APP into halves is seems pointless to me in a polling situation. They're each one long composition, only split down the middle due to the limitations of vinyl records. Plus, if you listen to the music it's pretty obvious Tull pick up on side two where they leave off on side one. The Hair Who Lost His Spectacles is even split into two parts on my LP copy, though it's all on one half on my digital copy.

At any rate, my vote would be for TAAB as a whole if it were an option.

Porg for short. My love of music doesn't end with prog! Feel free to discuss all sorts of music with me. Odds are I'll give it a chance if I haven't already! :)
