Hi all,
I just joined the forums today (in fact, I only discovered this awesome sight late last week) - happy to be here...Smile

My name's Ollie and I live in sunny Melbourne, Australia. I play bass in two local bands: Soulphonic and Goodnight Thomas.

I live and breathe Goblin and I'm also a huge fan of local progsters Grand Silent System (if you haven't heard these guys yet, I recommend that you get cracking and pick up their albums - you won't be disappointed...).

I also have an unhealthy obsession with pop-oriented prog such as Boston, Chicago, REO Speedwagon (yes, you heard me correctly) and Dream Theatre.Embarrassed

Looking forward to sharing words of wisdom (and fandom) with all of you prog-lovers out there in cyberspace (surely the natural home of progressive music...).

Don't be ashamed, we all love Boston here. And I too love te music of Chicago and REO. Besides that, welcome to the forums!

Erm, I don't like Boston.

But welcome aboard anyhow.  We're a strange bunch, so I hope you can cope.  I hope you get comfortable and settle in here.

Boston and Chicago pwn! And as long as you like the hard, rough early era of REO, you're welcome.
