Crushed red pepper. You cannot get parmesan from a packet!!! Parmesan must be freshly grated!! Also, no offense to my fellow forum members, but Papa Johns pizza is awful, as are any of the chain restaurants like Pizza Hut and Dominoes, etc. NYC pizza is real pizza! I miss it terribly living in Massachusetts.

Pizza typically already has some cheese, the stuff in packets isn't real, where as the crushed red pepper flakes probably are. Flakes add more, flakes flakes. Hey, where's my motor?

Once at school someone loosened the lid on the pepper, so it was all over my pizza. I still ate it, it was pretty hot but it wasn't too bad. |
