Topic: Favourite Prog trio?Posted By: Gandalff
Subject: Favourite Prog trio?
Date Posted: October 19 2010 at 12:41
As "Trio" is thought that the band had three members most time of his career. Therefore are excluded e.g. King Crimson (Red era), Genesis (post ...ATTWT era) or Atomic Rooster (before Farlowe era) etc...
Generally, playing in trio is demanding for each member´s mucisianship. There is nowhere to hide behind any wall of sound (especially on concerts), shortly you must to show the best of you!

Crimson Jazz is my latest favorite. There are others on the list I know and many I don't. I put Rush at the bottom of what I know. They're not bad but I'm just not a fan-attic. Of course, no disrespect to those who love them.
