PHENOME is one-man band of Alex Burchell who did making music, lyrics, vocals, programming, mixing and mastering.
PHENOME released two full-lenght albums and three single tracks, all as digital releases on Bandcamp as well.

Hmmm - do I comment on this...or just wait for Thanos to find it? .... OK - I'll say my piece. Yes, this is prog and probably Heavy Prog rather than Prog Metal (though it's very close to the dividing line in a few places). My concerns are the quality of the production, the vocals (don't like them at all) and the lack of a web presence other than bandcamp, facebook: https://www.facebook.com/phenomemusic" rel="nofollow - https://www.facebook.com/phenomemusic (just '27' likes in four months on there - and no posts by anyone other than Alex himself), and an 'official' website: http://phenomemusic.tk/" rel="nofollow - http://phenomemusic.tk/ , which just has embedded bandcamp streams for three projects that Alex currently has, a link to his facebook page, and nothing else.
Even though there are two full-length albums available - and they are charged for, not free downloads - this just doesn't come across as a professional established act to me. The guy is undoubtably a talented programmer (no actual musical instruments are mentioned anywhere), but it seems to me that all this has been done on a computer/DAW at his house without input from anyone else at all, and I'm not so sure that those in authority at PA would want to concern themselves with this type of project...but I could be wrong again, and Thanos, as always, will be the man to make the real judgement on this suggestion.

^ Yam Yam thank you very much for the link to the artist's Facebok page and for the link to his official website - I couldn't find it
Now, the suggestion is completed.

LOL! There's even more, Svet:
Alex had a previous life as "Dirty Harry", which he began in May 2010

The whole Jamendo website is down at the moment, but this is from Google's cache of the Phenome page as it was on 5th Sept:
About:
Solo progressive metal/progressive rock project from Dunedin, NZ.
"I have decided to stop releasing full albums on jamendo, due to a lack of high-quality format-support. (Jamendo only offers music in 192kbps MP3 downloads.) I will continue to release a few tracks from each album on Jamendo, but the majority of my music will be released on my bandcamp page. (http://phenomemusic.bandcamp.com)
I am currently working on a third Phenome album, titled "Compendium". It's going to be a concept album, with a non-linear storyline running through the music. Hopefully it should be completed before the end of the year, and released on bandcamp."
His entry on the Spirit of Metal website (as Progressive Metal) at least lists a keyboard alongside the vocals and programming, so he does use oneactual instrument in producing his music, and there's no denying that this is one hell of a prolific guy (he has another project called 'Septetra', which was on his phenomemusic.tk site last night, but the whole site has been altered since then, with better embedding of the two Phenome albums, the Phenome Reverbnation link added, and removal of a third project which was purely in his own name - ie Alex Burchell, as well as the Septetra one...This guy has been busy overnight!!! ) 'Septetra' is still on Bandcamp though if anyone is interested: http://septetra.bandcamp.com/album/patterns-in-time" rel="nofollow - http://septetra.bandcamp.com/album/patterns-in-time .
So - a remarkable young man indeed. Here is his mugshot from his 'Dirty Harry' days, so probably a few years old:
A genuine piano rather than a computer/DAW!! But it all still comes across to me as a series of 'bedroom projects', most of which are spoiled by dreadful vocals, and I don't think it's really the kind of thing that they want on PA.

Well it wasn't rejected in Heavy Prog, despite some initial misgivings, and the project lives to fight another day as a candidate for inclusion in Prog Metal: http://progfreak.com/Phenome-159880.html?path=pa/pm" rel="nofollow - http://progfreak.com/Phenome-159880.html?path=pa/pm .
