Beg to Differ! 1. Fly on the Windshield: Genesis (LLDOB - 1974) 2. Incomudro - Hymn to the Atman: Kansas (Song for America - 1975) 2. Awaken: Yes (Going for the One - 1977) Such excellent songs at very high volumes!

Rainbow - Stargazer Marillion - Chelsea Monday Genesis - Firth of Fifth The first because it's so pompous, just needs to be listened at max, the two latter ones because they have so awesome guitar solos you just start floating and get all dizzy. I could live without food and water for weeks if I could listen to these three on max vol. on repeat. Transatlantic was mentioned. I like that on low volume when the lights are off, from my headphones. It's really relaxing before falling asleep. "When you duel with the devil, living in your mind" \o_o/

I like to play everything I like quite loud, but some upbeat rockers MUST be played even louder, a good example that comes up in me right now is Hocus Pocus of Focus, so great to yodel along with Thijs van Leer!

I rarely blast my music.. but if I have to choose a favorite song to blast, it has to be...
1000 Eyes by Death
That song always makes me feel like I should move with energy.. just can't sit still whilest listening to that song.

thank you, VCG...
I'm not sure whether 'nice' is the first adjective which would jump into most people's minds, but I appreciate your comment...

Nothing at full volume, because at that volume my speakers start clipping:P
At a pretty loud volume, lately (okay for a while now:P) it's been White Wall-Between The Buried and Me.
And Antique likes At The Drive In, another band I really like to hear at loud volume.

Pretty much anything by ELP or Van Der Graaf Generator, particular Tarkus, Knife Edge, Lemmings, Arrow, The Sleepwalkers, Killer...well, pretty much everything.
But the ultimate two are 21st Century Schizoid Man and The Musical Box. I can't get those two loud enough. Other notable mentions are Thick As A Brick and South Side Of The Sky.
