Yes.  Kansas related if I remember correctly.  I forget which guys were in it, but they were later replacement Kansas members, not the original members, if I remember correctly.  Pretty good AOR music.

Nope, Grooveshark is free and legal.  There are paid memberships as well, only real difference with those that I can tell is the advertisements on the side disappear and you can scrobble tracks.  LOL
