I thought someone would feel the same way I do, but sometimes the actual 'listening' to Prog music incredibly takes over...takes over my life!

I´m really sure I'm getting a prog addict because I feel each time more willing to browse through Progarchives.com., my pleasure increases more and more... But now it´s too late, I guess it´s impossible to get rid of this quite vicious "drug" haha

When you listen to 20 non-stop minutes of a drum, a saxophone and some keys jamming while an opera singer interchangingly shouts and whispers, you love it, and you call it rock.

When you plan meticulously to give yourself at least 3 hrs of Prog listening everyday, to keep your sanity.

When you go on a road trip with some friends, and you combine music into a playlist and each person is allowed to add a certain number of songs. Well you have no problem with this because every song you add is going to be 10+ minutes (if not longer).

Oh that's great. Or how about seeing a wolf hound and wondering why it's not purple. Or anytime someone says "yes" you ask them if they know that's also the name of a band and did they know that.
