Guys, mbzr48 asked me to delete an entry he did, because was already on the system and he didn't notice. Unfortunatelly I dont have the rights to delete an album so.... Tongue

This is the album that should be deleted: http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=43938

There's no rating and no review so I think it's easy job Smile

From another thread:

This is the original entry (and the one that should stay): http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=1295

And this one is the entry added for the re-edition (that should just be added into the original page): http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=1937

Someone can make the arrengements? Cause I cant! :D

Usual "arrangements" of E&O team in case of duplications are:
1. Add reissue info to original album page (you can do it).
2. If the reissue has reviews, contact reviewers and ask them to repost their reviews on a proper page.
In this particular case it's a problem because Erik Neuteboom does not visit PA since 2010 and nobody, even Admins and M@X can move reviews.
3. When reviews are reposted contact some Admin and ask to delete duplication (you can do it too).

It seems I've found the way to solve this problem:
1. This TANTRA "Holocausto" album (I've changed its release date to 1979) http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=1937, reviewed by PA members who don't visit the site now, will stay.
2. This one http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=1295 will be deleted. I've sent PMs and asked reviewers (all of them are active PA visitors) to repost their reviews.

Thanks, you're right. The problem is reissue reviews. I've added details and will try to contact reviewers to ask them to post their reviews on original album page. Then I'll ask admins to delete duplication.

Universal/Polygram 1996, re-released in 2007. Another collaboration with Irene Papas besides "Odes" (1979). NOTE: The addition of this one was not actually needed, as I didn't notice the original 1986 entry. Seemingly both the cover art and the language of track titles differ between the two, but the context is likely the same. I don't know how to remove this (and add the information into the 1986 album), but I don't mind if someone else does that.

Rapsodies by Vangelis appears twice, the second a remastered version of the previous

http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=7624
original
http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=40493 remastered

I suggest keeping the first only and I made a note in the 1986 of the English appearing titles, see if you agree
