My opinion is that I would rather they did not happen. And I'm pretty positive that one did not happen yesterday.

Tragic & horrible. That's my opinion. It's the only one you can have really, unless you want to get bogged down in a gun ownership debate, which I'm guessing no one does. So, that's about it really.
Ultimately bored by endless ecstasy!

Children solving problems with guns is very sad. The media patting the police on the back for the new methods of response is also sad, How about some attention devoted to prevention before the loss of life.

Glorification of guns and cops and soldiers is all part of the same fear-violence loving culture. It's all sad.

Stupid logic:

You are supposed to be able to make decisions that affect the rest of your life and plan your future like signing up for college at 18.
You can be sent to kill people and "defend" the country at 18.

You can drink beer when you are 21.

Something you don't see everyday. For those in the United States, complain about the price of surgeries, cause this complex surgery was only 50,000 USD....

I haven't heard about it or really care. It's a bunch of Politically correct people trying to censor other people's opinions.

It's just the story of the week that upsets people while far more atrocious things happen in and in the name of their country.

You mean killing members of a wedding convoy versus a "convey of Al Qaeda"?

NEWS FLASH - URGENT - December 28, 2013  11:00 PM EST -- (TRN http://www.TurnerRadioNetwork.com ) -- Persons residing on  the west coast of North America should IMMEDIATELY begin preparing for another possible onslaught of dangerous atmospheric radiation from the Fukushima nuclear disaster site in Japan.  The Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) says radioactive steam has suddenly begun emanating from previously exploded nuclear reactor building #3 at the Fukuishima disaster site in Japan. TEPCO says they do not know why this is happening and cannot go into the building to see what's happening due to damage and lethal radiation levels in that building. Experts say this could be the beginning of  a "spent fuel pool criticality (meltdown)" involving up to 89 TONS of nuclear fuel burning up into the atmosphere and heading to North America. Steam photo, full details and suggested methods to protect yourself appear below.

The announcements from TEPCO (in Japanese) can be viewed HERE (12/27),  HERE (12/25)  and HERE (12/24).  You can use Google Translate to convert to English.

To protect and serve? Caution .....this is a very disturbing video

All they left was a stain on the pavement. Watch at the end as they walk around with flashlights picking up evidence.

Disgusting. At least the officers involved were actually convicted of murder/man slaughter as we know that doesn't happen all that much.

Yes. This incident happened in 2011. They've been convicted and had their sentences confirmed by the court of appeals.

It seems as though the family of Mark Duggan will not have the same solace, as small as it may be.
