I would have chosen Rush, but their 80s output didn't really appeal to me that much so I'm going to say Porcupine Tree - consistently good from the first to the last album.

I guess that I have three which stand out:

Genesis - from Trespass to The Lamb
ELP - from the debut to BSS
Pink Floyd - pre-'80s (if counted as Prog)
                      quality over quantity, and all kind of PopcoRn almost beyond
