Bonus tracks/B-Sides replacing actual album tracks

If you could replace any song on an existing album with another song by the same artist from the same recording sessions, what would you choose?

Here are my 10 choices, all are in PA:

Led Zeppelin - III (1970):
     Replace "Hats Off to Roy Harper" with "Hey Hey What Can I do?"
Genesis - Wind and Wuthering (1976):
     Replace "Your Own Special Way" with "Inside and Out".
Anthony Phillips - Sides (1979):
     Replace "Holy Deadlock" with "Souvenir".
Led Zeppelin - In Through the Out Door (1979):
     Replace "Hot Dog" with "Ozone Baby".
Peter Gabriel - IV (Security) (1982):
     Replace "Kiss of Life" with "Soft Dog".
Marillion - Script for a Jester's Tear (1983):
     Replace "Garden Party" with "Charting the Single".
Barclay James Harvest - Ring of Changes (1983):
     Replace "Just a Day Away (Forever Tomorrow)" with "Blow Me Down".
Robert Plant - Now and Zen (1988):
     Replace "Billy's Revenge" with "Walking Toward Paradise".
Anderson, Bruford, Wakeman and Howe - s/t (1989):
     Replace "The Meeting" with "Vultures in the City".
Genesis - We Can't Dance (1991):
     Replace "Jesus He Knows Me", "Tell Me Why", and "Living Forever" (yep, all
     of them) with "On the Shoreline".

And for those who were wondering, I did remember the Yes cover of "America", but I can't seriously consider replacing any song on Fragile.

My BSS playlist retains 'Benny the Bouncer', but has the track 'Brain Salad Surgery' inserted before Karn Evil 9. That works well.

I agree. The concept of each member having their own solo piece is pretty cool and you'd have to remove almost all of them to make room for "America". In that case, the only one I'd keep is "The Fish (Schindleria Praematurus)".

I still prefer the original album.

I'd like to say drop "Heartbeat" and "Two Hands" from King Crimson's Beat but there isn't anything to replace it with except for "Absent Lovers" which sounds incomplete and an extended version of "Requiem" which was already long enough to begin with.

Also "Groon" from In the Wake of Poseidon but there's nothing to remove (well, maybe "Peace - A Theme").

I thought of Groon as well, but I could never remove anything. I would have just placed it in between Peace – A Theme and Cat Foot. I know that's breaking Steve's rules. But for me that would have lifted a for me already near perfect album into greater hights*. The b-side would only have been about 23:30 long instead, which wouldn't cause problem lenghtwise.

*I never had a problem with the album. The two songs that somewhat resemble songs from the debut are both wonderful, and that's more than good enough for me. Maybe I'd have an issue with it if I was around to buy it in real time, 1970, but I wasn't.

The problem with the reissues may not be that big, so maybe it's as simple as that. Anyway, I definitely prefer reissues just looking as the originals and without bonus tracks.

On Led Zeppelin III, I would definitely replace "Hats off to (Roy) Harper" with "Hey, Hey, What Can I Do". It is simply a far better song. Definitely a "what the f*ck?" exclusion.
