Oh yes, parental discretion certainly advised!

I have a censored copy of Roxy Music's Country Life because someone who heard me complaining that I hate their album covers bought it for me as a joke.  The covers banned for nudity are boring because there are so many of them--and when the person in question is 12, that's just wrong.  But some of these are really funny.  I like the McDonald's one.  Copyright problems, eh?

Thank God there isn't a picture of the Virgin Killer sleeve on that web-site. I had the original as a teenager, as well as a copy of Blind Faiths' album - happily both are long sold, otherwise I'd probably be in jail!!

Boxer.A band mdae up of ex members of Patto.
Their titular (Ahem!) debut shows a naked woman with a boxing glove covering the 'offending' area.

Most chain stores at the time,i.e. WH Smiths, banned the sleeve from display.

Hawkwinds PXR5 album cover had a white square on it covering the 3 different plugs on it that were wired 3 different ways. some bright spark actually thought the people buying the album would wire their plugs up as depicted on the album. Fortunately i bought my copy before it was covered.

Much as i love ELP, surely Love Beach should be banned. Also, although not prog and def not an album cover, Romeo and Juliet by Dire Straits should never be allowed to air ever again, a monstrous awful video with the worst ever dance scenes witnessed by mankind.

uhhhh... I just lost my eye-virginity

and I disagree with Love Beach - the LP cover is the single greatest achievement in Prog history
I am but a servant of the mighty Fripp, the sound of whose loins shall forever be upon the tongues of his followers.
