Hey all,
I'd like to call your attention to Coin-Slot, a prog band out of St Louis, Missouri.

I'm the bass player, and if I do say so myself, the band is definitely worth a listen.  There's elements of newer prog, as well as Rush-influenced passages, withJohn Wetton-esque vocals.  Well, maybe not exactly John Wetton, but you get the point.

Anyway, give a listen if you'd like.

Thanks!
John

I'm about to give you guys a listen now...

*Several minutes later*

Listened to all 3 tracks, my favourite from those being Sorrows.

Not bad stuff - Not really the sort of Prog I'm into right now though.

Keep proggin'
-Joel

Just another quick note - I really enjoyed the neo-heavy prog feel of Sorrows, the other two were a bit less enjoyable In my honest opinion.

progkidjoel:
Thanks for the honest opinion.  Those three songs are the more commercial feeling songs in the set.  We do have some more obscure things in the set, as well as working up more tunes that have the super-odd-kilter prog feel that we all know and love.

Thanks,
John
