BRUIT ≤ had one of my favourite albums back in 2021 with The Machine Is Burning and Now Everyone Knows It Could Happen Again and I should have suggested it then for PA, especially as it would have been one of my top albums for the Album of the Year event. This year (2025) BRUIT ≤ released what is one of my top albums of this year with The Age of Ephemerality.

If this is approved than I would appreciate it if I could be alerted so that I can add this myself. I expect that I will write a review after that if passion is there (I can be a bit of a fickle lover). But if another wants to add it and can come up with a good original bio, that's okay. :)

Here is a brief bio which I hope to beef up with bruit, erm brute, strength, and I will need to reference/ research more, finding and confirming what I can.

BRUIT ≤ (bruit means noise in French) is an experimental post-rock band and classical quartet that comes for Toulouse, France. Its members are and have been Clément Libes on bass, violin, synthesizer and keyboards, Théophile Antolinos on guitar and tapes, Damien Gouzou on drums, percussion, Luc Blanchot on cello, and Julien Aoufi on drums.

The project was born of musicians who had been involved in other bands such as Kid Wise, Mental Medication and She Hunts Koalas and wanted to work in a more independent medium "experimenting with sound" and then to make porogressive music in their own voice (see pelagic-records.com).

Watching while most appreciating a sunset in the moment need not diminish all the glorious sunsets I observed before. It can be much like that with music for me; immersed in experiencing the moment.
