Assisted Living is a prog/rock band with original and ear-friendly songs. You will love 'em...promise!

Hi Rich, and welcome to Progarchives. Adding a bit more to what Cristi said above, we really do need more info than this before we can consider taking the suggestion any further. Have a read of the Artist Submission Procedure he linked to above and see if you can provide us with some more information about the project (and also a band photo if possible).
I did a bit of sniffing around of my own, and it seems you (along with Dave Zibman, James Schalk and Ryan Kiesshauer) are a gentler reincarnation of a 5-piece band called The Reasons which existed between 1992 and 1996, and included yourself, Dave Zibman, James Schalk, Art Blake and Michael Parker. It seems you and Dave were all set to release a self-titled album as Assisted Living in early 2020 - with Randy Casquejo and Bart Smudde in the line-up - but I suppose Covid-19 put paid to that. I'm guessing the new project is named after Dave's studio at Cumming, Georgia (5stringbass.com/journal). The music might be a fit for Crossover Prog, but some of the tracks seem a bit on the 'poppy' side to me from a first listen to the set on Soundcloud. For those who don't use Spotify, or have a Soundcloud account, the album is also available on YouTube. |
