Got a trivia question here,

Primus' Professor Nutbutter's House of Treats , begins with an audio sample.

What's the tune playing there and from where is it taken?

thanks,

DB

I love that album ... but I don't know the tune. It's a classical piece played by circus bands ... I'll meet someone on sunday who might know it.

I love Primus!  I always thought Professor Nutbutter just started with a live recorded chant from a show, I'll have to listen again.  It's probably just something traditional.

OK,

I think I had the record that has that bit as a child, I'm pretty sure it has something to do with a classical compilation called "the cuckoo's clock" or something similar.

I'm dying to hear it again, but I can't attach a name to it. "cuckoo's clock" got me no where
