Best songs in general, or best songs on the tribute album?

Because I haven't heard the album, only the originals.

La Villa is my favorite Rush song.  But I also love Mission, Freewill, By-Tor and The Trees.  I saw Rush 3 weeks ago and could not believe how great Freewill was live.  Geddy could really hit those high notes!  I couldn't believe it.

"Working Man", "By-Tor And The Snow Dog", "La Villa Strangiato", "Mission", "Anthem", "Closer To The Heart" (my preferred AOR and Metal ballad... And Prog, of course) and "YYZ".

But in this tribute album sure... "Anthem"!!!

I'm glad La Villa Strangiato is out in front - last time I mentioned this version in PA I got jumped on from all directions, seemingly Rush were then sacrosanct.
The best eclectic music on the Web,8-11pm BST/GMT THURS.

Yes, it is horrible. Weird blue sculpture with no penis and horrendous font type choice, not to mention the basic overall diagramation...

I don't listen to cover bands and i don't think i ever will. Why would i support a band that can't even contruct it's own music and instead re-cycles the music of another artist? Any high school garage band can do that!

Then David and all Israel played music before God with all their might, with singing, on harps, on stringed instruments, on tambourines, on cymbals, and with trumpets.

Wooops... I voted without reading the first post... I didn't know it was about a tribute to Rush...

Anyway, my vote was for Jacob's Ladder... and luckily it was also the only song I had heard from the Working Man tribute...
