This is crazy. I'm real tired of casual fans pretending Roger didn't talk of politics in songs since the 60s, especially anti-war (Corporal Clegg)

Has the UK lost the plot as far as freedom to speak and choose?
If I were Roger, I'd move to South America or Dubai... Quickly.

I'm going to leave this up for a short period of time as it's news worthy and prog related but please tread very very carefully as it will be closed at the first sign of nonsense.

Not much chance given the prisons in the UK are pretty much full an they are releasing many offenders early.

His songs have always had a social or political commentary/conscience. Take songs such as 'Corporal Clegg', 'Fearless', and 'Free Four' - all of which were precursors to The Wall / Final Cut albums, and then Amused to Death.

This is utter nonsense. Propaganda from a group who you might agree or disagree with, but have extremely loud mouths, using a willing rock star tit to promote their campaign, including that against them being a part of some governmental pogrom (which I decline to comment on).
There really is nothing to see here, aside from a modern social media pile of noise.

If the authorities were actually fair, they'd have to put JK Rowling in jail too for supporting organizations that promote discrimination. Rules for me not for thee?
