I stumbled across a number of cheap "John Peel Session" or "Top Gear Session" MP3 mini albums, 3 or 4 tracks each on Amazon; apart from what you'd expect there were a number of older prog and prog related artists from the 60s and 70s. The ones I have bought were by Jethro Tull (2 from 1968), Robin Trower (3 from different years), Hatfield And The North, Henry Cow, Gentle Giant, Slapp Happy, Third Ear Band. The Amazon search for some reason doesn't find them all, it takes a bit of searching down the results and also bought lists.
