5 stars The best album about fire ever made :) I was suprised to see this album in ProtoProg genre. For me it's very psychcedelic and should be reviewed next to Hawkwind releases. First thing I would like to say about this album is that I like mono versions better than the stereo ones. They are slightly different. Prelude has great melody, and it's very psychedelic. For the first we can hear Athur's magnificent voice. Then we have Fanfare. Much talking not much singing. But what lyrics. And then... Fire. Many people thinks about Arthur Brown as a "one hit" man. That's not true, but I won't change it. Anyway it's a cool song. Then we have Come And Buy. Starts with and simple bass line then gets funky in the middle. Time/Confussion is a ballad with a nervous felling. Arthur does great job once again in the lyrics and voice. I Put A Spell On You it's a standard, who haven't play this one? Spontaneous Apple Creation gets more psychedelic, and strange as you listen to it. Rest Cure a normal psychedelic song from this album. I've Got Money is a cover of another Brown. James Brown (R.I.P [*]). Very fine played this cover is in here. The last one we have is Child Of My Kingdom. The longest song on this lp. Bluesy sound here, based on piano. Great album for psychedelic fans. I would give it five stars... What the hell, I will give it five stars.
