Excellent album indeed! Used to listen this a lot few years ago.

This album is classic Beck from beginning to end: Great fusion, amazing rock and master solos. Maybe Beck's most recognisable album, but for reason.

Pros: Almost every song has a hook which takes you with the music. Usually the rolling drumbeat that Beck uses to make his guitarparts to flow forvards easily.

Cons: Few fillers: Constipated Duck and Thelonius. Nothing special in these two.

I recommend this to every fusion lovers and starting guitarists. Huge emotion in Beck's playing here. 4 solid stars.
